First Cwenga Lumbe got baptized and oh man if you could have just seen the change in him over the course of 3 months. it was absolutely amazing! Yo this guy was a mess but he turned his life around and loves the Book of Mormon. It just strengthens my testimony of the atonement. I’m just amazed every time at how the atonement can change people’s lives. i don’t know why. I guess sometimes i don’t have faith.

I love reading the Book of Mormon. Ever since we got the challenge in out stake PMG class to reading the Book of Mormon every day i have not missed a day! I think it’s been like 2 years now. Since then i have finished the Book of Mormon, I think 5 times and I’ve started again. Recently I read the scripture in 2 Nephi 2;6-8. Man, every time i read that scripture I’m pretty sure i say AMEN and HALLELUJAH afterwards hahaha. " How great the importance to make these things know unto the inhabitants of the earth." (!!!) If you’re not doing missionary work you are breaking a commandment. I know the Book of Mormon is true and that by reading it, a man will get nearer to God than by any other book (ex. Cwenga)

p.s. I say amen hallelujah cause all the pastors here scream it at people right after they scream their sermon. It’s pretty funny so now i say it in lessons hahaha

Oh my goodness this week was crazy. I guess we can start with zone conference. In MLC, our president tells us what to train on and he just gives a page number and then it’s the section on that page but apparently my companion and I read it wrong and so we were studying for the training we had to give until the day before and realized we had it wrong hahaha. Pretty much winged the thing and it went great!!!! Don’t you just love the tender mercys of the Lord?!  Another tender mercy of the week. Our president interviewed Cwenga, one of our investigators for baptisms this next week and he’s ready to go!! Yo I’m so excited for that guy. When we first met him it was a member referral and he was involved in not good substances and a lot of other things but he has made a complete 180 turn. He has such a powerful testimony of the Book of Mormon. This is a quote from him, "When you show interest in it, it starts to show interest in you." Isn’t that just great! Man super excited for his baptisms this coming week!

Also after the interview we wanted to slide in the question to our president, " so what are you doing for lunch president? haha He said he didn’t have any plans and so we explained to him that it was unhealthy to not eat. Then he asked us what our plans were. We also didn’t have any, so he took us out for lunch!!!! it was awesome, another tender mercy haha

I am not going to lie but this happens so many times on my mission. You have such a powerful lesson with someone and they get it, they feel the Spirit, and know it’s true and then you schedule another time to come visit and you never hear from them again!!! It’s crazy. We have a few baptisms coming up. I know we will have one on the 25 but I don’t know about the others. They will probably get baptized is March. I’m super excited because Owenga who will be getting baptized on the 25 is sooo awesome. Man he has changed his life around completely and has no more desire to do evil!!! The Atonement amazes me the more I see it work in people s lives!

How many missionaries? Ummmmm there are about 85ish missionaries i would guess in the mission so not a lot. It’s kinda small but i feel like they are going to have lots of missionaries come this side, at least that is what they have said to us a little bit ago.

By the way i gave one of my buddies named Adam Heald or something like that ( i don’t know his first name but surname is Heald) your email cause he wants to be a business broker.  He was just saying that he really wants to do and learn more about it. He was really excited when i told him you did it and he wanted your email to ask you questions and things.
