My new companions name is Elder Bockari. He’s from west Africa. Haha No one understands his English here and it’s so funny cause i have to translate for people! He’s really quiet like really really.  Sometimes i just teach the whole lesson. I give him time to say things but usually he doesn't sooo i just continue on. Hopefully we can change that as time goes on but the work aint going to wait for him!

The other day we were driving somewhere for companionship study and out of the blue i saw these two camels!!!  It was the weirdest thing! i wanted to ride them really badly but man those things are like giraffes! They are huge!

They broadcast conference to the chapel for people that don’t have the means to watch it but usually no one even comes haha. So many times it’s just us missionaries in the chapel and that’s it. I’m super excited for conference!!!! i love listening to talks they are so good, or even reading them after they come out. Funny how i would just sleep through them back home.haha

 In this area, there are a lot of zimbabwe people and malawian people and they speak chechawa and shauna hahaha. i have no idea how to spell their languages but i really have no desire to learn them hahaha.  I don’t even try but most people can understand xosha. The Tender Mercy of the week; we were going to go contacting in this township and when i parked the car i saw this man sitting alone. Of course it was so easy to talk to him because we didn’t have to stop him. So we proceed to teach him about the restoration and he is so prepared! He knows many of the African churches are corrupt and wants to know how he can find the true one. it was awesome! I am so thankful that  God is preparing people for us. We just have to work and find them. It was a long hard week but there was definitely progress from what it was like when we got here!
